This super quirky & interesting art museum has been recognized by Congress as America's national museum for self-taught art. AVAM features the art of normal, untrained artists or "outsiders".
I've driven past this museum for years but have never stopped to look at it more closely. I'm so glad I was able to spend some time today admiring the interesting "Bling Universe" art pieces outside this museum. I can't wait to check out "The Secret Life of Earth" exhibit inside!
